Anodizing equipment tank is mainly divided into three parts, anodizing chiller, anodizing power supply, anodizing tank accessory facilities and equipment. The anodizing chiller requires grade A, acid and corrosion resistance, fast cooling speed, good cooling and constant temperature, and stable function.
Let's supply a standard process flow: degreasing→ neutralization→ chemical polishing→ neutralization→ anodizing→ dyeing→ hole sealing.
Each of the above processes requires a tank, and we put forward harsh requirements for the tank body, anti-corrosion and acid-resistant, requiring Taiwan-grade PP boards, and A-grade boards.
Of course, our small and economic method of degreasing and neutralization can be replaced by a rubber drum, and we don't need a dyeing tank if we do natural color, and we can seal the holes at room temperature, so the sealing tank can be replaced by a rubber drum too.
So the chemical polishing equipment and anodizing equipment requires high requirements, can not be replaced by a plastic bucket. Chemical polishing tank is divided into three layers, the inner liner imported SUS316L thickened plate, the center of the heat preservation layer, outside the PP protective layer. The electric heating equipment has high requirements, and the quartz heater which is acid and high temperature resistant is selected. Anodizing power supply requirements are very high, regulated output, current active sensing load, with timing alarm, good stability function, high anti-corrosion function.
