Plating liquid filter is an industrial equipment dedicated to removing insoluble particles and impurities from electroplating solutions and chemical solutions. It improves the purity of the solution through circulating filtration, ensuring electroplating quality and process stability.
Filtering process
The acid and alkali resistant pump pumps the drug solution containing impurities into the filter barrel, and the particles are physically intercepted by the filter material (such as PP melt blown filter element, activated carbon or filter bag). The purified drug solution is returned to the tank for recycling.
The accumulation of filter residue needs to be removed regularly, and the filter element can be cleaned and reused.
Key components
Pump system: made of corrosion-resistant material (FRPP/PVDF), supporting idle operation (without shaft seal design);
Filter cartridge: PP integrated molding, high temperature resistance (≤ 100 ℃), acid and alkali resistance, leak proof;
Control system: Some models integrate PLC automatic control and safety protection (such as overload power-off)
